Renzo, Sorry to hear about your challenges with Staples. I knew there was a reason that I never shop there.

I visited your website. It looks very professional. When you can, you might add anonymous testimonials from former clients. Over the years prospective clients have asked me for the name/number of happy clients, which of course I can't give them. Now I can send them to my website to read success stories.
